By participating in the Offer, you confirm that you have read and that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Offer

1. Eligible participants may choose to receive one of the following, subject to availability and while stocks last:

   1. Complimentary Jet Charge Home Charger - 7kW AC Jet Charge Home Wall Charger with 5m cable supplied by JET Charge Pty Ltd; or

   2. Complimentary Chargefox Charging Subscription - up to 12-month charging subscription capped at 625kWh. Includes Ultra Rapid, DC & AC Charging via ChargeFox network.
      
      

2. Installation, any additional accessories or services and any electricity consumption with use of the Complimentary Jet Charge Home Charger are not included in the Offer and must be arranged and paid for separately by the participant.
   
   

3. This Offer is only available at participating Toyota Dealerships in Australia (“Participating Dealership”) and is subject to availability and eligibility.
   
   

4. The Complimentary Jet Charge Home Charger or Complimentary Chargefox Charging Subscription will be delivered separately from the Eligible Vehicle following completion of all required eligibility steps and confirmation of eligibility.
   
   

5. This Offer is limited to one Complimentary Jet Charge Home Charger or Complimentary Chargefox Charging Subscription per Eligible Vehicle purchased.
   
   

Eligibility

6. To be eligible for the Offer, participants must:

   1. be a private customer (Non-Fleet Private, Bronze, Novated Bronze and Dealer Demos);

   2. take delivery of their Eligible Vehicle; and

   3. register for a Toyota Go account and ensure the Eligible Vehicle is added to their ‘garage’ within their account before 31 January 2027; and

   4. redeem the Offer within 60 days of adding their Eligible Vehicle to their ‘garage’ within their account.
      
      

Third Party Terms

7. The Complimentary Jet Charge Home Charger is subject to the terms and conditions of JET Charge Pty Ltd, available at  https://jetcharge.com.au/?s=terms+and+conditions
   
   

8. The Complimentary Chargefox Charging Subscription is subject to the terms and conditions of Chargefox Pty Ltd, available at www.chargefox.com/legal/terms-conditions, including the following:

   1. Participants must sign up to the Chargefox app as a member and accept Chargefox’s terms and conditions;

   2. The Complimentary Chargefox Charging Subscription:

      1.  Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers;

      2. Not transferable or exchangeable;

      3. Is only available for the Eligible Vehicle sold to the participant under the Offer; and

      4. Will cease if the Eligible Vehicle is sold or otherwise disposed. However, any remaining balance may be transferred to the new vehicle owner, subject to Chargefox’s terms and conditions.
         
         

9. Toyota Australia is not responsible for the fulfilment of these third party obligations.
   
   

Installation

10. Installation of the Complimentary Jet Charge Home Charger is not included in the Offer.
    
    

11. It is the participant's responsibility to:

    1. Determine the suitability and compatibility of their premises for installation;

    2. Arrange installation with a qualified service provider; and

    3. Cover any costs associated with the installation.

12.  Installation services may be available through JET Charge Pty Ltd and are subject to their separate terms and conditions.
    
    

General

13.  The Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 

14. Toyota Australia and its agencies and representatives associated with this Offer will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (other than as caused by Toyota Australia’s negligence) relating to this Offer except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
    
    

15.  Toyota Australia may make changes to these terms from time to time. When Toyota Australia makes such changes, we will make the updated terms available on www.toyota.com.au/account/benefits and update the ”Last Updated” date at the top of these terms accordingly.
    
    

16.  Toyota Australia may terminate or suspend the Offer at our discretion. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such termination or suspension of the Offer.
    
    

17.  Toyota Australia accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from a participant taking up this Offer.  Independent financial advice should be sought.
    
    

18.  Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by any law (including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
    
    

Privacy

19. Toyota Australia will collect and use participant’s personal information in order to conduct the Offer and may share the participant’s personal information with third parties as required by law, related entities in the OneToyota Network, or service providers. If participants do not provide the information requested, they will not be able to participate in this Offer.

Participant’s personal information will be handled in accordance with Toyota Australia’s Privacy Policy which is available at toyota.com.au/privacy. This Policy includes more details about how participants can access or correct their information, how to make a privacy complaint and how that complaint will be dealt with.
