In the event of an emergency, you only need to press your dedicated SOS button to speak with one of our trained agents
If you have a serious accident or a person inside the vehicle is experiencing a medical emergency the most important thing you can do is pull over and stop as soon as it’s safe to do so.
Press the dedicated SOS button located within the overhead console. A member of our Toyota Emergency Assistance call centre will speak to you and determine what help you need.
Help is on the way. We’ll contact the right emergency services and direct them to your exact location by tracking your vehicle.
The SOS Emergency Call feature will only capture data when you press the SOS button and always through a sophisticated system that ensures your data remains secure and protected.

Help when you need it most
In the event of a collision or serious accident your Toyota will automatically connect you with our 24/7 Toyota Emergency Assistance call centre
If an airbag deploys or a severe collision is detected, our Toyota Emergency Assistance call centre will be automatically notified.
We’ll contact you through your vehicle’s speaker to see if you need help. If you don’t respond we’ll treat it as an emergency.
If you need help or don’t respond we’ll immediately contact emergency services with your location.
