In an emergency, every second counts. SOS and Automatic Collision Notification (ACN) connect you to the Australian-based Toyota Customer Assistance Centre 24/7 so emergency services can reach you fast. This protection is complimentary for the life of the 4G and 5G networks, for peace of mind wherever the road takes you.
If you experience a serious accident or someone in the vehicle has a medical emergency, the most important thing is to pull over and stop as soon as it’s safe to do so. If an airbag deploys or a severe collision is detected, the Toyota Emergency Assistance call centre will be automatically notified.
Press the dedicated SOS button in the overhead console to connect with the Toyota Emergency Assistance call centre, where an agent will determine the help you need. If the system contacts you through the vehicle’s speaker and you don’t respond, it will be treated as an emergency.
Help is on the way. We’ll contact the appropriate emergency services and guide them to your exact location by tracking your vehicle. If you need assistance or don’t respond, we’ll immediately notify emergency services with your location.
