Make the most of myToyota by adding your car to the Garage

Add your car to the myToyota Garage with your rego, VIN and batch number and take full advantage of myToyota including easy online service booking and access to exclusive rewards.

Here’s the snapshot of what you can do with your car in the myToyota Garage:

  • Book a service at your selected dealership at a time that suits you
  • Add any additional requests to your booking
  • View pricing upfront^ before you book
  • View your Toyota service history
  • View your dealer contact details
  • Manage a recall process
  • Get an instant valuation on your car

Add your vehicle to myToyota Garage in 3 easy steps:

  1. Log into myToyota, select ‘Garage’ then click ‘Add a vehicle’.
  2. Enter your registration number or VIN and State.
  3. Enter the batch number (sometimes called the stock number), or upload your registration certificate. This confirms you own the vehicle and gives you access to its service history.

Please note: the system may take up to 72 hours to add the vehicle to your account.

Troubleshooting

You may get an ‘Invalid VIN’ error notification if your vehicle wasn’t manufactured by Toyota, or was manufactured before 2001. If this is the case, you can’t add your car to myToyota. Otherwise, your VIN may be incorrect. Follow the details below to locate your VIN.

Where can I find my VIN?

Your VIN will be on your registration certificate. It’s also on a label in the door jam, on the driver’s or passenger’s side of your Toyota. You can check your retail delivery card too.

Where can I find my batch number?

Also known as a stock number, the batch number is on your retail delivery card, usually in your Service & Warranty booklet. If you can’t find it, call the Guest Experience Centre on 1800 869 682 or email [email protected]

Not yet a myToyota member?

Download the myToyota app from the App Store or Google Play. Then enter your name, email address and password in the signup page. Keep an eye out for an email from Toyota, which will include a verification link. Finally, click on the link to complete your setup.
